OUR PROCESS
Our process starts with a complete evaluation of each job on an individual basis. We will identify the most
effective cleaning and refinishing techniques with a selection of natural and/or chemical materials and the most effective
equipment.
We then ore-test the job to establish the most effective methods and procedures for the specific problem/problems.
This also reduces the risk of damage to the materials.
Once pre-testing is complete, a consultation with our customer
provides a clear and complete understanding of expected results. This is a valuable step in the process as it allows
both the customer and Delise to discuss and adjust the final approach to completing the job. We proceed to complete
the contracted work according to the prearranged work order and schedule. Our personnel are constantly sensitive to
the customer's business activity and property. We have strict quality control procedures that apply to all job activities.
Upon completion of the job, we provide our customer a report of the results and recommendations for ongoing care of
the serviced material.
